Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Areas

We deliver to customers within the European Union and internationally, unless otherwise stated in the respective product description.

2. Delivery Time

Unless otherwise specified in the product description, delivery is made within:

• Germany & EU: approx. 5–10 business days

• International: approx. 7–15 business days

Delivery times begin:

• For advance payment: after receipt of payment

• For other payment methods: after conclusion of the contract

If an item is not available, we will inform you immediately.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are displayed during the checkout process before completing the order.
Free shipping may apply to certain products or order values, as indicated in the online shop.

4. Partial Deliveries

We are entitled to make partial deliveries where reasonable for the customer.

5. Risk of Loss

If the customer is a consumer, the risk of accidental loss or deterioration of the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

If the customer is a business entity, risk passes upon handover to the transport company.
