Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation Policy)

Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from:

  • the day on which you or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier) took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

by means of a clear statement (e.g., email) about your decision to withdraw from the contract.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal.

We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods.

You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us about the withdrawal.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Digital products (e.g. downloadable training plans, eBooks) once the download has started and the customer has expressly agreed that execution begins before the withdrawal period expires and acknowledged that they lose their right of withdrawal.

  • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery.
